Every account can create one free trial license key, valid for 30 days, to test any PDF API service before committing to a paid plan.
1. Sign in to the Developer Portal.
2. Open the Resources tab and select Manage License Keys.
3. Under Permissions – PDF API, select the checkbox for each service you want to test (for example Merge, Compress, OCR).
4. Click Create Trial Key.
The License table shows a Status column with the number of days remaining on the trial. You can optionally give the key a name (for example "merge-compress-trial") so it's easy to identify later.
Note: The free trial key is limited to one per account. If you need a second trial or additional services after the fact, you'll need to move to a permanent key (see the next article) rather than creating a second trial key.
